Description:

KTR-series reflow oven provides the best soldering quality, has a reliable structure, a well soldered, strong 50mm frame and the world known brands of main electrical parts. KAIT KTR suitable for production of mobile phones, TV, computers and other products in the communication industry.

KTR-1000 has 10 top/bottom heating zones & 3 top/bottom cooling zones to ensure fast PCB cooling up to 45˚C, good for next process.

Main features:

Three working modes: reflow soldering, thermoprofile creation and demo-presentation with online editing function;

Forced air cooling;

Rectifying plate is made of 8mm high-pressure aluminum alloy;

50 mm frame is well soldered, firm and durable;

3 Hot Air inverter motors with smooth speed adjustment from 0 to 3000 mm/min;

Any heating zone can be closed separately on PC;

High strength and hardened 2 sectional rails are very durable and wear resistant;

5 mm thermal insulation between the inside and outside of the heating module;

Anti-seize device on the aluminum loading guide;

The insulation hood from 150mm cotton to keep the heat;

Special temperature inspection instrument for reliability of the soldering quality;

PCB temperature is lower than 45℃ at the exit;

Generation the temperature profile in each zone for daily analyze and problem solve;

Transmission is driven by a rod;

Chain tension device performs automatic conveyor width adjust by spring, avoid the chain stuck due to the heating;

Three modes of the conveyor chain lubrication: fine, standard, economical (manual in software);

Lubrication is controlled by PC, cycle and time can be set;

Chain and mesh conveyor are made of stainless steel;

The system enters cool down mode when the alarm is strict;
