Tin lead No Clean Solder Paste Zui Hao Z62-T4 (alloy Sn62Pb36Ag2) is TTC Industrial own trademark.
Zui Hao Z62-T4 is a type of mid temperature tin lead solder paste. The alloy is formed by the 62% tin content, the 36% lead content, and the 2% silver content.
This product is suitable for demanding reflow soldering applications, such as those found in the surface mount technology used in the consumer electronics industry. Zui Hao Z62-T4 is used in the production: PCB, SMT, LED circuit boards, various lighting fixtures, computer motherboards, phone motherboards, and a variety of precise circuit boards.

Storage
The shelf life is 6 months when paste is stored at a temperature between 2°~8°C, with humidity range 35~55%. It should never be stored below 0°C.
